We are recruiting for an Accounting Associate position based in Coconut Grove Miami, Florida to join a strong hedge fund investment team. The IDEAL candidate will be professional, hard working, local, and join our dynamic team, working in the financial investments sector. The role primarily involves processing data and handling operations in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Processing operations data accurately and efficiently using tools such as Microsoft Excel

• Handling tasks related to Check Processing and Closing Processes

• Ensuring the accuracy of the data processed through meticulous attention to detail

• Maintaining and updating records of operations processed

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries related to operations processing

• Managing credit-related tasks and making informed decisions based on credit assessment

• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and meeting deadlines

• Adhering strictly to industry and company guidelines on operations processing

• Regularly updating skills and knowledge about the industry trends and changes

Requirements

•Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting preferred

•Substantial experience in Data Processing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Check Processing

• Understanding of Closing Processes in operations

• Knowledge of Credit systems

• Strong Customer Service skills
