Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking supplies, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources to support our daily operations. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including cleaning supplies, hangers, garment bags, and other materials used in daily operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow and prevent stockouts.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of supplies, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring that supplies are stored securely and in an orderly manner.
  • Assist with inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate supply orders and optimize inventory management processes.
  • Utilize computerized inventory management systems to track inventory movements and generate reports as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
