Meridian Telemetry is a 27 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much more.Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4.We are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills. We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community.

What you can expect from this role

• Full-time; 3 x 12-hour shifts a week (self-scheduling model)

• Night shift opportunities + shift differentials offered

• Certification pay (ex.PCCN, CVRN)

• Strong shared governance structure that supports clinical practice and professional development

• Team Nursing Model to support staff and improve patient safety

• Responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient’s needs

Minimum qualifications for this role

• Education: Nursing Degree

• Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
