Description:

You will provide technical services for projects including code analysis, structural analysis, design and calculations, coordination of all structure and

cladding details, facilitation of engineering stamp and obtaining approvals from the client. Ensure all engineering services are on time and use the allotted material quantities and within budget.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Review all contract documents, sales documents and building codes so as to correctly/efficiently proceed

with the design.

• Assist early on with the Field Coordinator to develop method statements so that any field structural

requirements are incorporated in the design.

• Compose RFI’s as needed to obtain any necessary information not already shown in the Contract

Documents.

• Develop structural schemes and cladding details according to the contractual obligations, architectural

intent, budget and time schedules. Suggest value engineered ideas to Project Manager to establish if team

can reduce costs.
