Job Title: Process Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Process Technician, where you will be responsible for ensuring machines operate at peak levels of quality and efficiency. This role includes driving improvements through the continuous improvement process, developing, training, and motivating other team members through your knowledge and expertise. You will monitor machines per control plan, make minor mechanical repairs and adjustments, and handle the assembly of equipment and tooling for production runs. This role involves a high level of knowledge about all processes used throughout the department, including material handling, system transactions, quality testing and reporting, and emergency procedures. You will also play a key role in driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, inspecting tooling for quality, and maintaining documentation on processing and tooling issues.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Ohio.

Work Environment

You will be working in our 180,000 sq. ft. plant in Shalersville, Ohio. The plant is expected to break ground in November 2023 and is anticipated to be operational in early 2025. You will also participate in 6S activities (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain and safety) to organize and manage work stations, and assist in daily cleaning and maintenance of the production area, machinery, tooling, etc.
