  This role: A Day and week in the life…

• Meet with customers for requirements and translate to technical specifications

• Develop low code / no code / workflow solutions to automate processes

• Work with our Clients to import data their successfully

• Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or API issues.

• Work with partner systems to assist them in building integrations between our software suites and theirs

                   

  This role: You will be successful in this role if you have…

• Earned a BS in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience

• Worked for 3 or more years in a technical support role  

• Have an understanding of technology including SQL. APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript/JQuery

• Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams as well as own individual projects

• Understand relational databases and data integration tools
