Trinity Health Critical Care Outreach Team - Rapid Response RN in Maywood, Illinois

Description:

We are seeking experienced adult intensive care or emergency nurses to join our critical care outreach team (CCOT). This newly created team will be made-up of self-directed and experienced nurses who will function at top-of-license to provide critical care nursing resources wherever patient's need it at our three time ANCC Magnet© designated quaternary academic medical center.

This 24/7 team of nurses will be accountable for responding to medical emergencies, proactively providing nursing interventions to at-risk patient populations, acting as a resource in our eight intensive care units, and being a nurse consultant in non-critical care settings.

The CCOT nurses will be highly visible members of our care team, and in collaboration with senior leaders have opportunities to contribute to and design new models of care.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

  • A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN

  • 3+ years critical care nursing experience

  • BLS and ACLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire

  • Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
