You can be a part of making an awesome product! Ways you'll help lead the team: Be responsible for quality of the products in assigned area. Ensure line associates are trained by using work instructions specific to that area. Communicate current availability and lead time for products produced in the team. Be responsible for completion of daily paperwork and daily recordings of team data. Assist with conflict resolution and performance of production associates. What does yourcareer journey look like?
