The Global Service Transformation Team is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing strategic projects aimed at improving business process, delivering technologies, new capability creation, and driving change management. S/He will partner with leaders and teams across Field, Technical, and Engineering Services, Service Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and others to provide direction, support, and project management expertise to deliver key business efforts across Global Service Operations.

This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills that will enable effective cross functional collaboration to ensure business needs are met. The ideal candidate will leverage effective influencing and strong organization to keep projects moving and ensure milestones are delivered within various project constraints. S/He is self-motivated, positive, energetic, and sees change and challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation.

What To Expect:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, objectives, and timelines.

• Lead project core teams, ensuring flawless interfaces and interdependencies between functions, and hold the team accountable to their deliverables.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business process owners to gather and align business requirements.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.

• Prepare and present regular project status updates and escalate as needed.

• Manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders, ensuring that the project has their buy-in and support.

• Drive adoption and sustainability of new processes, systems, and changes introduced and encourage a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Understand and communicate how project goals fit into broader organizational goals and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience required.

• Relevant work experience including but not limited to process improvement, lean thinking, and innovation thinking preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• PMP certification is a plus.

Additional Details

• Must be able to travel as required by the needs of the role (15%).

The annualized base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $109,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
