[The Washington County Treasurer is currently seeking a highly-motivated individual for the position of Deputy Clerk.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-weight:="" bold;="" color:="" rgba(55,="" 55,="" 1)"=""}

[The Deputy Clerk will be responsible for:]{times="" new="" roman";="" color:="" rgba(55,="" 55,="" 1);="" text-decoration:="" underline"=""}

• Answering the telephone and handling routine inquiries or directing to the appropriate person to handle questions and waiting on the counter.
• Posting real estate and mobile home tax bills; emailing direct deposits to appropriate departments, writing pay-ins, etc.
• Handling Treasurer's office paperwork and performing data entry in word and excel
• Performing other duties as assigned
