Here, you will make an impact by:Independently coordinating one or more non-significant risk clinical research studies from development through closureCoordinating all aspects of the study, including Clinical Investigation Plan (CIP) development, subject identification, recruitment, consent, enrollment, data collection, and data management in partnership with the Principal InvestigatorCreating and/or maintaining all documents and records related to the study including but not limited to study logs, progress notes, and product accountabilityAssuring study compliance with the CIP and local and federal laws and regulation through the study's life cycle from startup through final close outYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in nursing or in a scientific or health-related field AND one year of experience in a regulated industryORHigh School diploma AND five years of experience in a regulated industryAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Prior clinical research experience with knowledge and ability to adhere to good clinical practices (GCP)CCRC certification (ACRP or SoCRA)Attention to detail with demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilitiesDemonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills utilized in a fast-paced dynamic environmentSkilled with standard computer program experience including the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, and OutlookWork location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood at least 4 days per week)Travel: May include up to 0% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
