Part time Maintenance Manager needed to preform maintenance on 20 apartments. We are looking for a skilled handy man that is familiar with a number of different skills, including some plumbing, simple electrical, simple construction, painting, swamp cooler maintenance, furnace maintenance, and general upkeep both indoors and outdoors. Expected to work 20 hours a week. Hours are very flexible and can be maintained between other jobs. Preferred that applicants be 21 or older for the type of work that is required. A reliable vehicle is required and an active driver's license is mandatory. There will be some lifting required with this position.
