Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season (December - June): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations.
