Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with expertise in NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) frameworks. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security measures to protect our organization's sensitive information and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards based on NIST and CMMC frameworks.

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and weaknesses.

• Lead efforts to mitigate risks and remediate vulnerabilities in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Establish and maintain effective security controls, including access controls, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.

• Monitor security systems and networks for suspicious activity and respond promptly to security incidents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.

• Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in information security and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Prepare and deliver security awareness training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in Access Control systems and their implementation

• Demonstrable experience in Auditing and related procedures

• Ability to develop and Implement Strategies to enhance security measures

• Familiarity with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) security framework

• Proven leadership or managerial experience in a security-related role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

• Relevant certification or degree in Security Management or related field is desirable.
