The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Able to provide services within OBGYN scope

• Examine patients, take medical histories, maintain patient records, identify health risk factors, prescribe medications, make referrals, and otherwise treat health conditionsg

• Provide direct patient care and focus on patient wellness and disease prevention

• Counsel patients on how to make healthy lifestyle choices

• Risk Management: understand importance of documenting and addressing concerns such as risk of falls, malnutrition, polypharmacy, and pressure injury.

• Licensure as a Medical Providers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky

• Assists medical team with coordination of clinical activities and orders

• Understands and complies with the Environment of Care/Infection Control Responsibilities
