Implement and deploy BKMs of Mechanical systems. Assist with removing barriers, troubleshooting issues/concerns, and escalating issues to improve system/equipment reliability. Collaborate with FCT Engineering to identify, define, develop, design, and implement BKMs for mechanical operation and maintenance within the Facilities network. Monitor measure and report out the progress of Standardization and TPM compliance for assigned site(s) demonstrating improvements for mechanically functioning equipment. Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness. Design diagnostic tools, conduct audit to ensure compliance to Global Standards as they are implemented. Conduct analysis of Organization’s Performance results, identify themes or trends and reporting findings. Align the PM Procedures across the Micron network for systems within assigned mechanical core -team discipline. Investigate equipment failures/faulty operations and recommend remedies. Review failure data to assist with driving improvements to eliminate impact to manufacturing. May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a Global Facilities O&M Engineer- related occupation.
