Insight Global Contracts Administrator in Maitland, Florida

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in Maitland, FL. This role is a part of their Disaster Response Division and will work and train with highly skilled legal and contract professionals while growing their contract administration skills. This is an ideal full-time position for professionals approaching mid-level contracting experience who want to engage in a contracting role for disaster recovery contracts. In this role, you will manage participate in and/or conduct contract administration, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract execution in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. You will also manage, participate in, and/or conduct contract-related administrative/clerical duties needed to successfully complete business development proposals and/or contract negotiations. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience actually drafting, modifying and redlining various contracts. This team requires expertise in the ability to independently review and modify other parties terms and conditions.

Skills and Requirements

At least 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a contracts terms and conditions focused role.

Well-developed communication skills with ability to interface with multiple levels of operations personnel and administrative staff are required

Bachelor's degree is highly desired; relevant years of experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree. Paralegal background null
