JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN - Outpatient Clinical Research Unit - 30343 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description: Work Schedule: 90% FTE, day/evening shifts, Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 8:00pm with 8/10/12 hour shifts and a Saturday shift rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will train and work at University Hospital and then transition to Eastpark Medical Center, our new state-of-the-art facility on the east side of Madison, once it opens in Fall 2024. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to: * Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses in the specialized practice of clinical research nursing at UW Health, where experts seek to find better ways to prevent, diagnose and treat diseases. The patients we care for are often among the first in the world with access to promising new treatments. * Care for adult outpatients participating in research studies across multiple disciplines; primarily hematology/oncology. * Assist with research study protocol implementation. * Become a member of the Clinical Research Unit (CRU) Council and discover opportunities for professional development and leadership.
