JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN Clinic Supervisor - Neurosurgery, Burn & Wound - 28776 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. Your time will be shared in tandem with the Clinic Manager across four specialty clinic sites located within the Madison area: University Hospital, 20 S Park St, 1 S Park St, and Eastpark Medical Center, our newest facility opening its doors in fall 2024. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to: * Assist the Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services for a complex patient population. * Support, lead and guide the work activities of 18 RN staff across four clinic locations in the Madison area within both the neurosurgery and burn/wound specialty areas. * Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice. Work Experience : Minimum - Two (2) years of RN experience. Preferred - One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.
