JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN Care Team Leader Vascular Surgery IMC - 24553 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description: Work Schedule: 75% FTE, evening/night shift rotation, one in three weekend rotation. Holidays as operationally needed. Hours are based off operational needs of the department. Be a front-line nursing leader for the Heart and Vascular Surgery Progressive Care Unit to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management. We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse: * Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management. * Facilitate and participate in daily interprofessional rounds. * Continuously assess unit needs by ensuring adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts. * Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
