JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN - Ambulatory, Orthopedics, Bone Health - 30101 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 60% FTE, 3 days a week Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at University Hospital and Science Drive Medical Center in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to: * Work with an industry leading provider team for program development on bone health with the specific intent of treating and preventing fragility fractures that result from osteoporosis. * Perform traditional clinic-style telephone and MyChart triage and interact face-to-face with patients providing education and administering injections. * Be part of a team of world-class Orthopedics nurses and clinical staff specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Rehab Medicine, Spine Medicine and Sports Medicine. Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Work Experience: Minimum Six (6) months of RN experience. Preferred Relevant RN experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification.
