JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory Bilingual - 30125 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a part time, 0.5 FTE position. Week 1 shift will be Tuesday-Wednesday, 3;15 PM-8:15 PM, Thursday 4:15 PM-8:15 PM, Sun 7:45 PM - 5:15 PM. Week 2 Wednesday-Thursday 4:15 PM-8:15 PM, Saturday 7:45AM-5:15 PM. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory Bilingual to: * Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients. * Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills. * Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed.
