As an Advanced Practice Provider, you\'ll play an integral role in ambulatory care team by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and their families. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: * Participate as a care team member in managing a panel of patients in partnership with our primary care physicians. * Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions and promote wellness in our outpatient primary care pediatric clinic. * Provide counseling and education about common pediatric illnesses and promote wellness with patients and families. These may include the following: Pediatric Primary Care or Family Medicine. If Physician Assistant*: * Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active PA board certification All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. *Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice.
