JOB REQUIREMENTS: Medical Lab Technician - Generalist - 12809 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, FTE 1.0, 2nd shift position. Hours are Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00 pm. On call rotation required on weekends. Holidays may be required. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. Pay : * External hires may be eligible for up to a \$3000.00 sign on bonus. We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to: * Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing. * Perform preventative maintenance on select laboratory equipment or instruments. * Perform troubleshooting on select laboratory equipment or instruments. * Promote culture of safety for patients through proper identification, proper reporting, documentation and prevention of medical errors in a non-punitive environment.
