JOB REQUIREMENTS: Medical Assistant - Vascular Surgery - 28001 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift position. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. External hires may be eligible for a \$3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) to: * Join the Vascular Surgery care team as they provide expert screening and treatment for a variety of conditions including peripheral venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, and compartment syndrome. * Independently provide basic wound care and assist in advanced care to patients with complex vascular wounds. * Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment as well as supporting fellow employees. * Participate in the ongoing education of our patients regarding lifestyle changes, wellness, and treatment plans.
