Cherry Picker Operator

Adecco has an immediate opportunity for Cherry Picker Operators in Forest, VA. These jobs are temp-to-hire opportunities with benefits.

*Responsibilities for Cherry Pickers include but are not limited to: *

• Safely operates cherry picker and other power industrial equipment as needed

• Picks/packs, Inspects, Ships merchandise to customers

• Accurately performs data entry via PC/RF

• Achieves production (UPH) standards in all areas

• Achieves quality (IQA) standards in all areas

• Works with team members in support of process improvements and cost reductions

• Understands team objectives within assigned work area

• Applies basic skills and procedural knowledge within assigned work area

• Reports to work as scheduled, using time clock system

• Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must be able to assist in any area of merchandise processing during busy periods

*Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: *

• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others

• Forklift certification per OSHA standards

• 1 year of forklift experience

• Valid driver's license

• Passing score on forklift assessment

• Able to withstand heights of 35-40ft.

We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

Must be available to work 8-10 hour shifts depending on business needs.

1st Shift - Must be available from 4:30am to 2:30pm Max

2nd Shift - Must be available from 3:00pm to 1:00am Max

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
