Universal Health Services Associate Director - Outpatient Services in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky

Associate Director of Outpatient Services:

Responsible for day-to-day operations, management and development of Outpatient programming, including both Psych and CD tracks. In collaboration with the Director of Outpatient, focuses on maintaining census volumes per budget. Track/trending of outpatient volumes, caseload by therapist, step-down rates and other applicable data pertaining to the outpatient programs.

Interacts and collaborates several employees including, but not limited to Therapists, RN’s, and Clerical staff, Ensures compliance with the organization’s policies, regulatory requirements and applicable laws. Responsibilities include onboarding, training and mentoring staff. Provides clinical supervision for Brook Staff, as indicated.

EDUCATION:

Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:

Required: licensed or under supervision in state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP)

Preferred: licensed or under supervision in state of Kentucky (LCSW)

EXPERIENCE:

Required: One year outpatient behavioral health work experience.

Preferred: Three years outpatient behavioral health work experience
