About The Role:

  • As a CBRE Real Estate Manager you will assist in leading all aspects of a 160,000 SF hotel in conjunction with the City of LA's Inside Safe Transitional Housing Program, coordinating all operations and financial activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.

  • Ensure periodic regular property inspection and recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed. Contract for and supervise vendor services.

  • Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, forecast management plans, and prepare monthly performance, explaining variances.

  • Develop business relationships through membership and participations in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.

  • Provide formal supervision to individual employees, mentor and coach team members, and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Real estate license required. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information and respond effectively to critical issues.

  • Requires developed knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts high level financial analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret intricate documents. Ability to resolve problems involving several options in situations.

  • Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Manager position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
