Netmarble US, Inc. Game Producer/ Project Manager in Los Angeles, California

Netmarble US is seeking a talented game producer/project manager to join our super star Production Team. You'll collaborate with other team members and internal/external teams during all stages of mobile game development, launch and live operations.

[Responsibilities]

  • Manage the Western market presence for various Netmarble game titles, from the pre-production through production phases, launch and live operations to meet the objectives of each responsible game title(s).

  • Participate in all game development stages to add value in order to succeed in the Western market.

  • Continuously analyze live operation key metrics and user feedback to derive insights on player trends and behavior to improve all aspects of title quality and maintain long term success of published titles.

  • Create recommendation proposals based on target market insights in order to add value to the game product and services.

  • Work with internal Community, Content Production, Marketing, Video and Art, and Localization teams for the success of game titles.

  • Communicate with overseas contacts to provide support in meeting game development objectives, including but not limited to trend analysis, focus group testing/play testing, content management, roadmap planning, marketing strategies and monetization.

  • Perform market and game analysis to identify current and upcoming industry trends that contribute to success in the Western gaming market.

  • Work with vendors to ensure quality of outside deliverables.

  • Other related duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • Passion for games of all types on all platforms, especially mobile games!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience(s).

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of work experience in gaming/mobile/PC production management.

  • Ability to prioritize projects to meet due dates.

  • Experience in dealing with different IP stakeholders and agencies a plus.

  • F2P mobile game development, publishing, and/or live operations experience a plus.

  • PC (standalone client and/or Steam) development, publishing, and/or live operations experience a plus.
