Description

We are providing a contract opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Los Angeles. This role involves compiling marketing lists, including names, addresses, emails, etc., in Excel for a law firm client. This is a 100% remote role and will be a short term engagement. You will have the opportunity to use your own technology for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and organize marketing lists in Excel, including names, addresses, emails, etc.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry.

• Maintain organized files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.

• Utilize 10 key skills for data entry and calculations.

• Provide excellent customer service through email correspondence.

• Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel proficiently to perform tasks.

• Scan documents as needed.

• Perform data entry calculations, ensuring accuracy at all times.

• Organize files and documents for easy access and retrieval.

• Use typing skills to enter data quickly and accurately.

Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Demonstrated Customer Service experience

• Proven Data Entry skills

• Competence in Email Correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations
