ManpowerGroup Vehicle Durability Coordinator in Long Beach, California

Our client, in the Automotive industry is seeking a Durability Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Automotive Technology which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Durability Coordinator

Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Pay Range: $25.00-$40.00 Hourly

What’s the Job?

• Monitor and schedule planned vehicle appointments (i.e. customer service, fluid samples, emissions test, etc.) then log completion including shipment of samples to test providers and international customers meeting internal delivery metrics. Responsible to complete all workshop and emissions testing work request from the durability team for scheduled work.

• Coordinate testing materials and parts, such as oil, tires, brakes to keep all operations with appropriate inventory levels. Responsible to oversee the fueling data entry process for test vehicles.

• Maintain communication with service providers to facilitate the timely exchange of data and readouts. Update, monitor, and report status to engineers and management.

• Provide back-up support to Durability Engineers when they are out of office.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Automotive Technology

• Program Management experience or certification

• Validation testing industry experience

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
