Nexeo is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Tech,you will play a vital role in ensuring our residential properties are well-maintained and ready for new tenants. Your responsibilities will include assisting with apartment turns,which involve updating and fixing things when renters move out to prepare for the next move-in. While experience in maintenance is preferred,it is not required. If you consider yourself an all-around "handyman/handywoman," we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

        Assist with apartment turns,including drywall repair,painting,groundskeeping,and appliance repair.

        Perform general maintenance tasks as needed,utilizing hand tools and equipment.

        Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.

        Available for snow removal during winter months.

        Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Qualifications

        Experience with drywall repair,painting,groundskeeping,appliance repair,or similar maintenance tasks preferred.

        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

        Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

        Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

        Must pass a national background check; drug test upon request only.

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Part Time | Monday - Friday | 15 - 20 hours a week
