Practice Information
One BC/BE family medicine physician is needed to join a group of 6 other providers
Serving northern Utah and a small portion of Southern ID for primary care
InstaCare and Physical Therapy on site
Staff is experienced and stable
Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
Requirements
ABFM or elligible for new graduates
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency
Current BLS

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$7.25 - $999.99
