We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures,excellent communication skills,and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

   Administer and oversee various HR functions,including recruitment,onboarding,performance management,and employee relations.

   Coordinate the recruitment process,including posting job openings,screening resumes,scheduling interviews,and conducting reference checks.

   Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes,ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company and departing employees receive appropriate offboarding support.

   Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

   Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues,including benefits,compensation,and workplace policies.

   Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

   Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers as needed.

   Handle employee relations matters,including investigating complaints,resolving conflicts,and facilitating communication between employees and management.

   Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration,or related field.

   2+ years of experience in a human resources role.

   Strong knowledge of HR policies,procedures,and best practices.

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

   Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

   HR certification (e.g.,SHRM-CP,PHR) preferred but not required.

Pay

$18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 8:00am 5:00pm
