Overview Working within a team environment to help produce embroidery products sold at Aggie Print and Mail.

Activities include:

• preparing clothing and products for production
• operating embroidery equipment
• Preparing items for delivery
• other jobs as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery equipment, perform regular maintenance, etc.
• Monitor inventory usage trends for setting maximum and minimum inventory levels to ensure adequate inventory of supplies are available for production.
• Works with area coordinator to ensure that customer needs are being met and works to continuously improve the process.
• Performs labor and maintenance duties as a working member of the departments.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned throughout operations at Aggie Print and Mail.
• Hours of operation: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. You would set your hours during that time period, flexibility desired to meet time sensitive deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn new things, and willing to manage and be managed.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• A good attitude, willing to learn new skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of embroidery process.

• Experience operating embroidery equipment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, management and customers.
• Ability to work with staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Willing to learn.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Advertised Salary $15.00 per hour

ADA Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
