Rocky Brands, Inc Warehouse Lead - Second Shift in Logan, Ohio

Description Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Assist in coordinating and prioritizing activities based on shift's labor plan. Promote a safe work environment. Backup for critical roles on the floor to assure continuity during absences. Ensure all products is accounted for and moved to appropriate area. Monitor inventory issues throughout the facility and report problems to shift inventory clerk. Spend at least five (5%) to ten (10%) percent of time as a production associate. Assign and reassign associates as needed to meet production needs. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) to three (3) years of distribution or warehousing experience. Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office Suite, applications and PKMS warehouse management system. Previous lead or supervisor experience. Ability to operate all material handling equipment. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Flexibility to cover other shifts during absences. Ability to work in variant internal climate temperatures and low lighting. Good depth perception. Ability to regularly lift and/or carry up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.).
