Pay Rate: $15.85 per hour

Availability Requirements:

• Minimum of one 4-hour shift per week, maximum of 19 hours per week. Shifts are between 4 a.m. and 12 a.m. Choose your own schedule weekly.

Job Responsibilities

As an Amazon Fresh Flexible In-Store Shopper, you’ll choose your shifts weekly allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in making grocery shopping hassle-free for our customers. You’ll fulfill customer online grocery orders by picking items and preparing them for delivery and/or pickup. A typical workday may include the following tasks:

• Order Fulfillment: Use a handheld technology device to pick grocery orders accurately and efficiently

• Quality Control: Inspect items for freshness and quality

• Order Accuracy: Verify order accuracy and offer recommendations if requested products are unavailable

• Order Packaging: Package picked items and stage them for pickup or delivery

• Customer Support : Provide assistance to customers picking up their orders, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to understand and perform your duties safely in English

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a high school or equivalent diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $15.50 /hr in our lowest geographic market, up to $21.75 /hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
