Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers who visit the respective dealership locations, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. * Actively engage with potential buyers to understand their financing needs and preferences. * Explain program details, answer questions, and guide customers through the loan application and vehicle purchasing process. * Collect necessary documents for the underwriting department to complete customer applications * Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure a seamless customer experience. * Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and emails to nurture leads and build relationships.

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. * Customer facing experience is preferred * Self-motivated and goal driven * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist customers. * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Basic computer skills * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
