Description:

Responsible for implementing and maintaining THCE application systems (installed and utilized) at various Regional Health Ministry THCE sites. Oversees and monitors the maintenance of data accuracy of the AIMS system: vendors, manufacturers, models and modalities through proactive quality assurance steps. Serves as a user liaison on “day to day” issues and problems with the application software and reporting capabilities. Analyzes and resolves system problems, both functional and operational. Serves as a subject matter expert on AIMS system functionality, provides user training, and develops and maintains the THCE website relative to updates on departments processes and services. Responsible for AIMS system data integrity through multiple analytical approaches. Analyzes and verifies system data for accuracy and identifies discrepancies, inconsistencies and data standardization opportunities. Supports the interfaces between Lawson, Service Now and others developed to automate data capturing. Receives day-to-day direction from THCE Sr. Manager Program Support.

Responsible for installing application, monitoring occurrence of errors, documenting issues and providing troubleshooting and use guidance to all MO sites. Analyzes system data and identifies discrepancies, errors, inconsistencies and recommends/implements data standardization processes and methods. Responsible for providing instructional support and training on proper system utilization and data input procedures in order to advance data accuracy and integrity. Provides application support to customers regarding system utilization, problems and other issues. Analyzes system issues and provides appropriate problem resolution; escalates highly complex problem to immediate supervisor. Creates and maintains queries (i.e., Access, SQL) and generates reports to identify operational issues, resource productivity, and compliance improvement. Provides system data analysis as needed. Identifies, reports and monitors non-compliance of application system data entry and standardized operational policies and procedures. Responsible for system security and issuing user logons and access levels for THCE AIMS application. Analyzes and monitors standard security levels, labor rates, and user log on information for the system applications. Analyzes and maintains data tables for data integrity and accuracy of the AIMS system vendors, manufacturers, models and modalities via established proactive quality assurance procedures. Responsible for the maintenance of equipment records in order to ensure proper program costing and for regulatory compliance adherence. Manages the cost message queue from SCIS Lawson by responding to THCE inquiries, requests and training. Analyzes reports to identify process and training issues, buying trends, preferred vendors, etc. Responsible for the development and administration of interfaces designed to include corporate finance and purchasing in order to improve processes of field operations via the computerized maintenance management system application. Contributes to the development of coding design specifications and interface administration. Serves as subject matter expert of the CMMS and SCIS Lawson including first line help desk functions, development of new user training handbooks, worksheets, web cast sessions, and refresher courses. Collaborates and assists the THCE System Analyst Supervisor with design, testing, and implementation of the CMMS application software. Responsible for application performance troubleshooting, resolution and coordination of upgrades with Trinity Information Systems (TIS). Monitors CMMS vendor performance and requirements. Participates in cross-functional user group for the CMMS operation improvement and annual quality evaluation process. Provides other database/application support to staff and completes all other duties as assigned by the THCE System Analyst Supervisor. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, Local laws and regulations, Trinity Health Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position operates in a typical office environment. The area is well-lit, temperature controlled and free from hazards. Incumbent communicates frequently, in person and over the telephone, with people in a number of different locations on application system use issues. Manual dexterity is needed in order to operate a keyboard. Hearing is needed for extensive telephone an in person communications.

Must be able to set and organize own work priorities, and adapt to them as they change frequently. Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.

Must be able to travel to the various Trinity Health sites (20% or greater) as needed.
