Join our team in Little Canada! Twin City Staffing is seeking experienced crane operators to work for one of Minnesota's fastest-growing manufacturers. Location: Little Canada, MN Wage: $18.50/hr. Hours: 3 pm - 1 am, Monday - Thursday or 5 pm - 3 am, Monday - Thursday Benefits of the crane operator: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Critical illness insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Referral bonus Room for growth Duties of the crane operator: Conduct safety checks on the crane prior to use Safely stack materials in the correct locations Pull customer orders and process/package as directed Load and unload towers, accurately inputting data into the tower computer system Load and unload trucks Wear approved personal protective equipment, such as safety shoes, gloves, and safety glasses Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person, or management Requirements of the crane operator: Minimum of one (1) year of previous crane operator experience Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts Ability to perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions, as well as converting fractions to decimals or vice versa Ability to recognize and interpret colors according to the company's classification system Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds, as well as heavier objects with the assistance of cranes, forklifts, or another employee Knowledge of general shop procedures and rules, including safety precautions Ability and willingness to cooperate with co-workers and work as part of a production team Additional information: Apply today to join our team as a crane operator!
