Nexeo Staffing Customer Service Manager in LINDON, Utah

Nexeo HR is seeking a dynamic individual with 5 years of customer service experience,excellent organizational skills,and previous leadership experience in a call center environment to join our team as a Customer Service Manager in Lindon,UT. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by promptly resolving their issues and providing exceptional service. You will lead and manage a team of customer service agents,develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

 Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and ensure that clients are satisfied with the resolution.

 Communicate professionally with doctors and health professionals.

 Lead and manage a team of customer service agents; provide coaching,mentoring,and performance management.

 Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

 Provide excellent customer service through active listening.

 Manage client relationships and build rapport and trust.

Qualifications:

 5 to 6 years of inbound/outbound customer service experience.

 Previous experience with HubSpot is required.

 Management and leadership experience is required.

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 Computer knowledge and ability to learn new web-based software.

 Ability to work as part of a team and attention to detail.

Pay:

$65,000 - $75,000 annually DOE

Schedule:

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday Friday | 8:30am 5:00pm |
