Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Support Project Manager to join our team! his role is particularly suited to those with a strong technical or engineering background, who have experience in large scale infrastructure work or data center migrations. This position is a contract role and will involve working on a data center migration project.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support during the data center migration process

• Utilizing project management tools, specifically Microsoft Project

• Applying a builder mindset to diagnose problems and generate innovative solutions

• Communicating complex technical information to non-technical individuals

• Leveraging a strong foundation in infrastructure to ensure the successful execution of the project

• Applying knowledge of database management, customer service, design, and basic network troubleshooting to daily work

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information and records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in database management and administration

• Ability to design and implement project plans.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting is necessary.

• Familiarity with core infrastructure management.

• Prior experience in a support role, preferably for a Project Manager is desirable.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of other project management tools will be considered as a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
