McDonald's General Manager in LINCOLN, Illinois

The Millan/Petro Organization is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service

  • Lead and motivate a team of Department Managers and crew members, providing training and development as needed

  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's operational procedures and standards

  • Monitor and control food costs and labor to maximize profitability

  • Implement and maintain effective internal communication processes

  • Uphold safety and security protocols to create a safe working and dining environment

  • Manage scheduling and labor allocation to meet operational needs and budget targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience in the fast-food or hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

  • Understanding of inventory management and cost control

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as required

Benefits:
