Lima Moose Lodge 199 is hiring part-time kitchen help!

Pay: $14/hr negotiable with experience

Job Description:

Store food in designated containers, in proper storage areas, with proper dates.

Portion and wrap food, along with misc. prep work.

Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas Prepare a variety of foods such as meats, vegetables, desserts, and more according to instructions and procedures. Includes using a fryer, char broiler, grill, and commercial pizza oven.

Greet customers, take orders, and handle financial transactions. Proper cleaning and sanitation.

Hours: 15-20/week, availability 11:30 a.m. - 8:30p.m.

Workdays: Tuesday through Saturday (closed Sundays & Mondays)

Education: No preference
