Pay: $13.00-$16.00 per hour Starting Pay is commensurate with availability and experience. New Hires are eligible for two performance-based raises in the first 9-12 months!

Overview: For this position, we are seeking reliable and team-oriented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment, have a passion for preparing delicious, quality food, and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Kitchen Team Members will have the opportunity to work in two state-of-the-art kitchens, assisting with kitchen setup, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification  
• Follow standard recipes   
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace  
• Operate, clean, sanitize and maintain kitchen equipment  
• Properly store and handle food   
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen  
• Comply with company policies and procedures  

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team and take direction
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 16+ to apply
