CACI is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our quality team in the Lexington Park, MD. In this role, you’ll play a key role ensuring that all product meet requirements for reliability and workmanship, as well as other quality control program standards.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Establish and implement quality standards for product and services to effectively meet customer requirements.

  • Facilitate site quality management system IAW AS9100D.

  • Lead and performs internal audits IAW AS9100D standard requirements.

  • Facilitate annual surveillance audits with AS9100D external auditors.

  • Overseeing the quality assurance team.

  • Training other employees on quality procedures.

  • Handling quality reports and documentation.

  • Monitor product testing to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data.

  • Solicit feedback from customers to assess performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Submit detailed reports to leadership for monthly program reviews.

  • Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies and perform supplier performance review.

  • Implementing corrective actions and effective root cause analysis.

More About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, be reliable and committed. Have an in-depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards. QC Manager is responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing quality tools and strategies. Monitors activities to ensure that operations and products meet production, certification and accreditation standards examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications. Recommend adjustments to assembly or production processes. Designs, implements, and conducts test and quality evaluation procedures to ensure requirements are met. Develops, maintains, and upgrades quality verification procedures and architectures. Writes test cases, implements, and reports status for product testing. Analyzes test cases and quality reports and provides reports of quality activities and status.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance.

  • 5 yrs. experience Quality Management Experience with a BA/BS degree Or Associates Degree and 6 years’ experience.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and processes.

  • Experience in statistical data and root cause analysis methods.

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Conscientious and responsible.

  • Experience in supervising personnel; inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance as necessary.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Facilitate site quality management system IAW AS9100D.

  • Lead and performs internal audits IAW AS9100D standard requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
