Adobe's Campus Engineering team is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer to contribute to our mission of engineering and maintaining large-scale, high-availability campus network infrastructure supporting Adobe offices worldwide. Our Campus Engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration for our teams across the globe. Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and enhance wired and wireless networks in collaboration with vendors, stakeholders, Network Engineering, and partner teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Network Architects on wired and wireless design initiatives.
  • Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes of network-specific events.
  • Provide technical leadership in developing and deploying an observability platform to gather wireless network insights and telemetry.
  • Design, monitor, analyze, and report metrics for wired and wireless solutions.
  • Stay informed about technological developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills across key platforms.
  • Support automation/orchestration of alerts and remedial tasks to increase availability and agility.
  • Review architectures, configurations, and network tools to continuously improve network performance and reliability.
  • Develop solution designs, conduct peer design reviews, and issue change requests to service suppliers while adhering to service lifecycle and technology roadmaps.
  • Provide incident support and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare, review, and approve wireless RF surveys and interpret results.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Cisco wired and wireless technology including WLC, Routed Access, and DNAC.
  • Familiarity with Juniper Wired and Wireless technology like Mist AI.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with network protocols and concepts such as TCP/IP (IPv4/v6), OSPF, BGP, STP, GRE, HSRP/VRRP, MPLS.
  • 5+ years' experience with enterprise routers, switches, SDWAN, and wireless controllers (Cisco IOS XE, Cisco NX-OS, Juniper JUNOS, Mist/Cisco/Versa).
  • Understanding of enterprise wireless authentication methods including 802.1x, EAP, RADIUS, etc.
  • CCNP wireless, CCIE wireless, or CWNP certification preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective at short-term actions consistent with long-term goals.
