The Opportunity

As an Operations Analyst Intern on Adobe's Workfront Product Operations team, you will support and drive alignment across Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud Product teams to deliver against customer needs and product team goals. This team oversees and executes best practices regarding product planning (OKRs, Planning cycles, QBRs, and Product Reviews), provide right-sized business process management, deliver key communications, manage budget, provide business analytics and insights, and operate common technologies, while equipping teams to operate as effectively as possible. As an intern on this team, you will gain exposure to multiple operational elements including planning oversight, business process creation and management, data insights and analytics, tools and technologies, budget management, communications, and more. We are looking for an intern with strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn!

What You'll Do * Analyze Product team data to provide point of view to leadership prior to QBR meetings * Assist the system admin in maintenance and documentation of the Workfront system for Product and Engineering teams * Create decks and templates for Product and Engineering for planning meetings * Create reports to view various information for teams * Assist and lead in refinement and creation of processes for Product team

What You Need to Succeed * Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree graduating between December 2024 - June 2025 * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient in MS Office applications * Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects * Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing * Experience with program or project management is a plus * You enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends * You are energetic, driven and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
