High Lawn Farm is seeking a versatile individual to supervise our distribution team and oversee our delivery route logistics. A strong candidate will exhibit professional communication skills, display the ability to optimize efficiencies and lead by example. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Supervise truck drivers and coordinate fleet services - Analyze and oversee delivery route logistics - Ensure quality control and safe food handling during distribution - Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities - Understanding of current state and federal transportation regulations - Maintain and improve SOPs, route sequences, maintenance logs, and general records - Organize and conduct employee training, and performance evaluations - Coordinate distribution schedules and assist in covering employee time off REQUIREMENTS: Applicants are required to have a valid driver\'s license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift at least 45 lbs repeatedly. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check. Preference will be given to candidates with distribution management and sales backgrounds.
