WestRock in Lebanon is hiring a skilled Assistant Operator in our Web department on day or night shift. This is an entry level role who can learn our process and assist on the machine. The team of 3 or 4 people, depending, will read the schedule, prep the material to run, set the machine up for the specific job, run the job, and check quality as it comes off. The role is day or night shift 6:00AM -6:00PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation giving you every other weekend off. The pay starts at $19.00 and more as you train in the role, you can earn more if promoted to Operator on the machine also. What you will be Doing

• Working with a team of Operators following schedule

• Gathering the product to set the machine up to run

• Setting the machine up to specific standards based on the product

• Assisting operators in different sections on one machine as they run, check quality and complete jobs

• Working fast paces to keep the line running

• Being a champion to our plant and customer on safety and quality

• Some troubleshooting

Skills Needed

• Some technical skills are a plus to learn the machine

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to take direction and work in a team

• Must be able to multi-task

• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety processes
